What you need to have currently in addition to your general Safety Policy are these documents:

1. S.W.M.S. (Safe Work Method Statement): That shows the work steps on site that involve the use of tools that you will use to complete contracted work.
2. S.O.P.s (Safe Operating Procedures): That explains the use of an individual tool and knowledge of basic operation of how the tool works.
3. Additional tutorial information /training pitched at the User Level to help Worker Safety.
4. As the ‘PCBU’ /Owner/Director/Site Supervisor, you have to have instructed your ‘Workers’ on  the basics of understanding  hazards and writing & recording ‘Site Specific’ risk analysis that forms part of your S.W.M.S. (Safe Work Method Statement):
